Аннотация. В статье анализируются траектории социально-культурного развития Мали в однополярном глобальном контексте с социологической точки зрения. Этот подход опирается на теории зависимости и постколониальный анализ. Автор исследует, как локальная динамика взаимодействует с международными структурными ограничениями. Методология работы основана на анализе документов, полевых исследованиях и полуструктурированных интервью. Выводы показывают, что, несмотря на зависимость от финансирования, малийские субъекты имеют пространство для проявления инициативы и достижения автономии посредством образовательных программ, культурных фестивалей и проектов, ориентированных на местные сообщества. Заключается, что социально-культурные траектории Мали нельзя понять исключительно с точки зрения логики зависимости или строгой автономии, поскольку они являются результатом симбиоза между глобальными ограничениями и локальной динамикой.

Between Dependency and Autonomy:
Trajectories of Socio-Cultural Development in Mali
within a Unipolar Global Context

Abstract. This article analyzes the trajectories of socio-cultural development in Mali through a sociological lens. This approach draws on dependency theories and postcolonial analyses. It examines how local dynamics interact with international structural constraints. Our research methodology is based on document analysis, fieldwork, and semi-structured interviews. Our findings show that, despite their dependence on funding, Malian actors develop room for initiative and autonomy through educational programs, cultural festivals, and community-based projects. Thus, Mali’s socio-cultural trajectories cannot be understood solely through a logic of strict dependency or autonomy. Rather, they result from a symbiosis between global constraints and local dynamics.
