Аннотация. Цифровизация в профессиональном образовании является ответом на вызовы современного развития общества и требует определенных усилий всех участников образовательного процесса в высшем образовании. В статье рассматривается актуальный вопрос об активизации инновационной деятельности преподавателя иностранного языка в техническом вузе в условиях цифрового суверенитета. В содержание понятия «инновационная деятельность» внесены параметры аксиологического, технического и методического измерений, дана подробная их характеристика в свете использования цифровых инструментов и технологий на основе искусственного интеллекта в процессе обучения иностранному языку в техническом вузе. Инновационная деятельность преподавателя представлена как целостный и устойчивый процесс. Эмпирическая часть включает опрос преподавателей иностранного языка, выявивший осознание необходимости цифрового суверенитета при наличии сложностей в практическом освоении новых отечественных цифровых инструментов. Сделан вывод о том, что ключевым фактором решения проблемы является не механическая замена зарубежных аналогов, а глубокое переосмысление методических подходов в рамках новой технологической и ценностной парадигмы.

Innovative Activities of Foreign Language Teachers at Technical Universities
in the Context of Digital Sovereignty

Abstract. Digitalization in professional education is a response to the challenges of modern societal development and requires the efforts of all participants in the educational process in higher education. This article examines the pressing issue of activating the innovative activities of foreign language teachers at technical universities in the context of digital sovereignty. The concept of “innovative activity” includes axiological, technical, and methodological dimensions, and provides a detailed description of these dimensions in light of the use of digital tools and artificial intelligence-based technologies in foreign language teaching at technical universities. Based on this framework, the teacher’s innovative activity is presented as an integrated and sustainable process. The empirical part includes a survey of foreign language teachers, which revealed their awareness of the need for digital sovereignty despite the difficulties in the practical adoption of new domestic digital tools. Conclusion dwells upon the fact that the key factor in solving the problem is not the mechanical replacement of foreign analogues, but a profound rethinking of methodological approaches within the framework of a new technological and value paradigm.
