Аннотация. Статья посвящена результатам исследования эмоционально-личностных особенностей подростков с заиканием. Особое внимание уделено клинической картине и дифференциальному диагнозу заикания – акцентируется внимание на сочетании первичных речевых нарушений и вторичных невротических реакций. Представлен анализ структуры и вариабельности эмоционального статуса подростков с заиканием, выявлены факторы, влияющие на формирование их эмоционально-личностной сферы. Подтверждено наличие специфических особенностей эмоционально-личностной сферы у подростков с различной выраженностью речевого дефекта, включая тревожность, сензитивность и нарушения самовосприятия. Определена факторная структура этих особенностей. Подчеркнута важность понимания клинической картины заболевания и дифференцированного подхода к диагностике, поскольку заикание часто сопровождается комплексом первичных речевых расстройств и вторичными невротическими реакциями. Полученные результаты подтвердили существование определенных закономерностей формирования эмоционально-личностной сферы у подростков с различными уровнями тяжести речевого расстройства. Было выявлено повышение уровня тревожности, чувствительности и нарушение восприятия собственной личности среди испытуемых. Эти выводы позволили разработать детальные рекомендации для психологического сопровождения и коррекции эмоциональных состояний подростков с заиканием, направленные на улучшение качества их социальной адаптации и общего самочувствия. Исследование также подчеркивает необходимость комплексного подхода к лечению заикания, включающего работу с эмоционально-личностными аспектами пациентов.

Emotional and Personal Characteristics in Adolescents with Stuttering

Abstract.The study examines the emotional and personal characteristics of adolescents with stuttering. Particular attention is paid to the clinical presentation and differential diagnosis of stuttering, emphasizing the interplay between primary speech impairments and secondary neurotic reactions. An analysis of the structure and variability of the emotional status in adolescents with stuttering is presented, with identification of factors influencing the formation of their emotional-personal sphere. The presence of specific features of the emotional and personal sphere in adolescents with varying degrees of speech defect, including anxiety, sensitivity, and impaired self-perception, has been confirmed. The factor structure underlying these characteristics is delineated. The importance of understanding the clinical picture of the disease and a differentiated approach to diagnosis is emphasized, since stuttering is often accompanied by a complex of primary speech disorders and secondary neurotic reactions. The findings corroborate the existence of particular patterns in the development of the emotional-personality sphere in adolescents with differing severities of speech disorders. An increase in the level of anxiety, sensitivity, and impaired perception of one’s own personality among the subjects was revealed. These findings made it possible to develop detailed recommendations for psychological support and correction of emotional states of adolescents with stuttering, aimed at improving the quality of their social adaptation and general well-being. The study further underscores the necessity of an integrative treatment approach for stuttering that encompasses the emotional and personal aspects of patients.
