Аннотация. Актуальность темы обусловлена необходимостью совершенствования организации профессионального ориентирования молодежи в сфере здравоохранения за счет внедрения цифровых технологий. Целью исследования является выявление специфики организации профессиональной ориентации посредством цифровых платформ и определение перспектив их внедрения в здравоохранение. Методом исследования стала аналитическая оценка функциональности 22 популярных интернет-ресурсов, предлагающих услуги профориентации, а также анализ опыта Курского государственного медицинского университета в проведении профессиональных проб среди абитуриентов. Автор обосновывает, что онлайн-ресурс может считаться профориентационной платформой, если помощь в выборе профессии осуществляется не только через информирование, консультирование и селекцию, но и через адаптацию (профессиональные пробы). Анализ интернет-ресурсов показывает, что лишь немногие из них полностью реализуют весь функционал профориентационной работы, включая организацию профессиональных проб через виртуальную реальность и игровые элементы.

Abstract. The relevance of the topic is due to the need to improve the organization of professional orientation of young people in the field of healthcare through the introduction of digital technologies. The aim of the study is to identify the specifics of organizing career guidance through digital platforms and to determine the prospects for their implementation in healthcare. The research method was to evaluate the functionality of 22 popular online resources offering career guidance services, as well as to analyze the experience of Kursk State Medical University in conducting professional tryouts among future applicants. The author substantiates that an online resource can be considered a career guidance platform if assistance in choosing a profession is carried out not only through information, consulting and selection, but also through adaptation (professional trials). Analysis of Internet resources shows that only a few of them fully implement the entire functionality of career guidance work, including the organization of professional trials through virtual reality and game elements.
