Аннотация. В статье предпринята попытка проследить процесс трансформации в осмыслении роли традиционной культуры со стороны непосредственного политического руководства страны и представителей научно-академического сообщества Китая. Для более глубокого и системного осмысления теоретико-идеологической практики Китая авторы статьи обратились к ранним историческим этапам развития данного государства и процессу формирования в среде его политических элит различного рода установок в отношении возможностей имплементации элементов традиционной культуры Китая в его политическую и управленческую практику. В статье делается акцент на имеющихся среди китайских исследователей разногласиях в осмыслении составляющих установки Си Цзиньпина «Уверенность в культуре» (категории: «традиционная культура», «революционная культура», «передовая социалистическая культура»); выделяются особенности современной политики Китая в области теоретических установок руководства страны.

Discussions on the Role of Traditional Culture in Chinese Politics

Abstract. The article attempts to trace the process of transformation in understanding the role of traditional culture both from the direct political leadership of the country and from representatives of the scientific and academic community of China. For a deeper and more systematic understanding of China’s theoretical and ideological practice, the authors of the article turned to earlier historical stages of the development of this state and the process of formation among its political elites, various kinds of attitudes regarding the possibilities of implementing elements of traditional Chinese culture in its political and managerial practice. The article focuses on the problems existing among Chinese researchers in understanding the components of Xi Jinping’s “Confidence in culture” attitude (categories: “traditional culture”, “revolutionary culture”, “advanced socialist culture”), and highlights the features of China’s modern policy in the field of theoretical attitudes of the country’s leadership.
