Год единства народов России в контексте приоритетов государственной национальной политики РФ

Аннотация. Статья посвящена исследованию правовых и организационных основ проведения в 2026 г. Года единства народов России. Опираясь на анализ Указа Президента РФ № 962, Стратегии государственной национальной политики РФ на период до 2036 г. и иных нормативно-правовых актов, автор рассматривает современные механизмы реализации государственной национальной политики. Особое внимание уделено вопросам интеграции тематического года в систему стратегического планирования и эволюции организационной структуры управления межнациональными отношениями. В статье обосновывается тезис о том, что единство народов России достигается через сочетание принципов территориальной целостности государства, равноправия этнических общностей и сохранения этнокультурного многообразия. В заключение делается вывод, что проведение Года единства народов России выступает в качестве практического инструмента реализации обновленной Стратегии государственной национальной политики.

The Year of Russian Peoples’ Unity in the Context of the Priorities

of the Russian Federation’s State National Policy

Abstract. The article is devoted to the study of the legal and organizational foundations of the Year of Unity of the Peoples of Russia in 2026. Based on the analysis of Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 962, the Strategy of the State National Policy of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2036 and other normative legal acts, the author examines modern mechanisms for the implementation of state national policy. Particular attention is paid to the integration of the thematic year into the strategic planning system and the evolution of the organizational structure of interethnic relations management. The study posits that the unity of the peoples of Russia is achieved through the combination of the principles of the territorial integrity of the state, the equal rights of ethnic communities, and the preservation of ethno-cultural diversity. In conclusion, it is asserted that the observance of the Year of Unity of the Peoples of Russia serves as a practical instrument for the implementation of the updated Strategy for State National Policy.
