Социально- и лингвофилософские аспекты миграционного существования в паттерне «Миграционно-лингвистическая инициатива» (MLI)

Аннотация. В статье уделяется внимание детерминационному потенциалу миграционных процессов, который модифицирует социально-философские аспекты и параметры языкового существования современного общества. Сочетание социально-философской и лингвистической проблематики позволяет глубже исследовать феномен миграционного существования – организационной формы жизнедеятельности человека «мигрирующего», меняющего локацию своего социального бытия. В складывающейся эпистемической ситуации переосмысление соотношения социальных процессов, коммуникативных практик, когнитивной стабильности и языкового бытия социума получает отражение в формировании новых теоретико-эмпирических паттернов, призванных сбалансировать динамику социальных коммуникаций и эволюцию языковых состояний социума, обусловленных его «мобильной» деконструкцией. К числу социально-философских и лингвостратегических инноваций следует отнести «миграционно-лингвистическую инициативу» (MLI). Она основывается на постулатах философии социальной «подвижности» (мобильности) Суреша Канагараджи, развивает эпистемологию недвойственности и учитывает при изучении формирующихся «контекстных» связей индивидуума то, что человеческое мышление и поведение являют собой результат слияния и гармонии внешнего (социального) и внутреннего (бытийственного) в человеке. Работа с постулатами философии движения Томаса Нейла позволяет открыть новые аспекты философского и социального осмысления процессов миграции и мобильности. В качестве структурного элемента интерпретационной матрицы привлекается научно-исследовательский модуль «Пражский лингвистический кружок», представлявший собой лингвистическую форму социально-философской рефлексии на миграционные процессы первой трети ХХ в. и их влияние на интеллектуальную и речевую деятельность социума.

Abstract. The article focuses on the determinative potential of migration processes, which modifies the socio-philosophical aspects and parameters of linguistic existence in modern society. The combination of socio-philosophical and linguistic issues allows for a deeper exploration of the phenomenon of “migratory existence” – an organizational form of life for the “migrating human” who changes the location of their social being. In the emerging epistemic situation, the rethinking of the relationship between social processes, communicative practices, cognitive stability, and the linguistic existence of society is reflected in the formation of new theoretical and empirical patterns. These patterns are designed to balance the dynamics of social communications with the evolution of linguistic states of society, conditioned by its “mobile” deconstruction. Among the socio-philosophical and linguo-strategic innovations is the “Migration-Linguistic Initiative” (MLI). It is based on Suresh Canagarajah’s postulates of the phi-losophy of social “fluidity” (mobility), develops the epistemology of non-duality, and considers – when studying the emerging “contextual” ties of the individual – that human thinking and behavior result from the fusion and harmony of the external (social) and internal (existential) within a person. Working with the postulates of Thomas Nail’s philosophy of movement reveals new aspects of the philosophical and social understanding of migration and mobility processes. The “Prague Linguistic Circle” research module is employed as a structural element of the interpretative matrix, representing a linguistic form of socio-philosophical reflection on the migration processes of the first third of the 20^th century and their impact on the intellectual and speech activities of society.
