Аннотация. Предметом исследования в статье является феномен культурной травмы. В рамках исследования осуществлен культурфилософский анализ этого феномена. Научные задачи исследования направлены на выявление событий, конструирующих травму, на раскрытие механизмов, лежащих в основе травматических ударов, а также на изучение процессов взаимодействия культурной травмы и культурной памяти. Актуальность озвученной темы продиктована современными социокультурными тенденциями, глобализационными процессами, способствующими разрушению культурной памяти, усилению культурной травмы. В фокусе репрезентации историко-культурных событий затрагивается проблема детравматизации. Определены индикаторы культурного травмирования и их влияние на формирование деструктивных явлений в обществе. Выявлены риски, несущие угрозу культурной безопасности. Отмечается, что снижение потенциала культурной памяти и усиление воздействия на коллективное сознание культурной травмы несут угрозу идентичности, стабильности общества, риски культурной безопасности и, в целом, безопасности государства. Предложены стратегии, направленные на снижение негативного травматического воздействия.

Cultural Trauma as a Source of Cultural Security Risks

Abstract. The article examines the phenomenon of cultural trauma. It provides a cultural-philosophical analysis of this phenomenon. The scientific objectives of the study are aimed at identifying events that construct trauma, at uncovering the mechanisms underlying traumatic strokes, as well as at studying the processes of interaction between cultural trauma and cultural memory. The relevance of the topic is dictated by modern socio-cultural trends, globalization processes that contribute to the destruction of cultural memory and the intensification of cultural trauma. The focus of the representation of historical and cultural events is on the problem of detraumatization. The indicators of cultural trauma and their influence on the formation of destructive phenomena in society are determined. The risks that pose a threat to cultural safety have been identified. It is noted that the decrease in the potential of cultural memory and the increased impact on the collective consciousness of cultural trauma pose a threat to identity, the stability of society, the risks of cultural security and, in general, the security of the state. Strategies aimed at reducing the negative traumatic effects are proposed.
