Цивилизация когнитивных технологий: проблемы перехода и построения

Аннотация. Предметом исследования в статье становятся: определение ключевой потребности цивилизации когнитивных технологий; процесс гуманизации цивилизации, результатом которого является переход от утилитарных социальных связей к психоэмоциональным (в виде любви), сопровождаемый возникновением новых рисков; социальные последствия перехода к цивилизации когнитивных технологий, одним из наиболее острых проявлений которых следует назвать «высвобождение» значительной части работников вследствие их замены искусственным интеллектом; возможные сценарии перехода к цивилизации когнитивных технологий. В основу методологии исследования положены ранее проведенные с участием авторов исследования в области цивилизации когнитивных технологий, гуманизации социальных отношений и трансформации форм проявления потребностей, существующего инструментария анализа структуры занятости населения, сценарного подхода к прогнозированию социально-экономических процессов. Основным результатом проведенного исследования является осмысление формирующейся цивилизации когнитивных технологий, проблем перехода и рисков, связанных с изменением характера социальных связей.

The Civilization of Cognitive Technologies: Problems of Transition and Construction

Abstract. The subject of research in the article is: the definition of the key need of a civilization of cognitive technologies; the process of humanization of civilization, which results in the transition from utilitarian social ties to psycho-emotional (in the form of love), accompanied by the emergence of new risks; the social consequences of the transition to a civilization of cognitive technologies, one of the most acute manifestations of which is the “release” of a significant part of workers due to their replacement by cognitive systems; possible scenarios for the transition to a civilization of cognitive technologies. The research methodology is based on previous studies conducted with the participation of the authors in the field of the civilization of cognitive technologies, the humanization of social relations and the transformation of forms of manifestation of needs, existing tools for analyzing the employment structure of the population, a scenario approach to forecasting socio-economic processes. The main result of this study is an understanding of the emerging cognitive technology civilization, the challenges of transition, and the risks associated with the changing nature of social ties.
